By purchasing or committing to buy our items you will be agreeing to the following terms & Conditions: 

• As most of our items are antique/vintage or second-hand viewing is always recommended before you purchase.
• We will highlight any major imperfections in the item description and pictures, but we do advise viewing first.
• Purchases made without viewing in person are done so at your own risk.
• Strictly no returns or refunds.
• We can secure items but ask for a £25.00 non-refundable deposit. Please contact us for payment options.
• Items must be paid for in full and collected within 1 month.
• If a deposit only has been paid and the item isn't collected after one month then the sale will be cancelled, and the item will be relisted, the deposit will not be refunded.
• If you would like us to hold the item/s for longer than a month then full payment of the item/s will be required and an additional charge of £10 per item per week will be required to cover storage costs until the item is collected.
• If the item/s is/are not collected within 3 months of purchase and no additional payment for storage has been received the sale will be cancelled and the item/s relisted. The payment will not be refunded.
• We do not post or package items.
• If you wish to arrange a courier then they will need to provide adequate protection for the goods when collected, we recommend you check they are insured.
• We accept no liability for goods once they have been collected from us. If you have arranged a courier, then please check their reviews and insurance information.

• Viewings and collections are by appointment only - Tuesday & Wednesday mornings from 10am or Saturday & Sunday mornings only.
